Paying the School Fees

• 1. School fees must be paid for 12 months
• 2. The board of school management reserve the right to make any alteration in the fees, having given prior notice in writing at any time in the term immediately preceding that in which the revised fees come into effect.
• 3. The fees could be paid either in one sum or in installments at the option of the parent.
• 4. Since the year 2018 the fees has been collected through bank transactions. ICICI bank, Dhemaji branch,
  1st : January - March ,
  2nd: April-June,
  3rd: July - September,
  4th: October - December.
  Fee can be paid by Net Banking through Swipe Machine installed at the School. The fees can also be paid by Cheque.

• 6. A receipt signed and dated by the principal or some one deputed by him shall be given for every payment of fees made.
• 7. No remainder will be sent to parents to pay the fees.
• 8. The computer fees could be paid either in one sum or in two installments namely the first half and second half of the year.
• 9. Pupils whose dues are not cleared completely will be barred from sitting for examination.
• 10. Pupils joining or leaving the school during any term will have to pay fees for the full term including the annual fees.
